Isaiah and other males interested in NECC feel that by not functioning together they will not successfully have an output for all of the inputs in NECC. The males are frustrated feeling that the focal system is only focusing their attention and interest on women applying for the job.
Isaiah and some of the other males interested in NECC’s social and emotional experiences and surroundings could alter the cognitive and social behavior of some of the children at NECC. It would help to change the emotions and behaviors by utilizing the meditational model. By being a homosexual male who is African American could help self-regulate the thoughts and feelings within the environment, as well has to have male figures in the classrooms.
