The leadership is the essential aspect for a company to be competitive because it formulates the company’s strategy and manage the resources, such as employees, operations, and finances. [1] According to Hogan & Kaiser (2005, p171), leadership is usually defined in terms of the leader who are in charge of organizations and their teams with the needed skills to successfully negotiate the status hierarchy of a large bureaucratic organization. The leader who embedded its leadership on his team is the most valuable asset of the company. Innovation and learning are the most crucial aspects for achieving competitive organizational performance. Learning is a culture in an organization where employees consciously develop their capacity to create desired results and constantly learning to achieve the organization’s objectives ([2] Rayme, 2011). In fact, many leaders in organization ignore the leadership behavior which may guide organizations into a stagnation or decline situation. A business failure is the result of incapable or dysfunctional leadership. The effects of dark side leadership are the consequences that compromise the quality and diminish the organization’s main objectives.
