Teamwork, cooperation and communication is what it takes for people to come together to complete a assignment or given task. When being paired with others to work with, we all hope each member will contribute, help and be easy to work with. As students we are forced to communicate, work around one another's schedules to complete a task. Adaptation is what we as nurses need to be able to do in the ever changing pace of working in healthcare. This is my reflection of what I gained from our group project that was assigned.
What I most enjoy about working on this project, was getting to know my group personally while making new friends. This assignment forced us to work together to complete a scenario of a "training video." Given the middle adult

    I came from a unit where there was no teamwork amongst different professions, and I now realize that the patients did not always receive the best care they could have.
