Teamwork is utilised within the modern healthcare industry to provide positive outcomes for patients (Persily, 2013). Crisp, Taylor, Douglas and Rebeiro (2013) describe teamwork as a group of people that share knowledge and skill whilst working together in order to reach a set goal or task.
