Diversity and inclusion are best cultivated in an open workplace where mistakes can be used for learning not for embarrassing or shaming individuals. There are countless factors that supply to discontent, and frustration in the work place where individuals' preconceived notions, prejudices, and their own interpretations of other cultures.
An important characteristic of being professional human being is to be non-judgmental. Awareness of our own feelings, biases, misperceptions, and potential prejudices against any cultures will help us be competent on caring for those entrusted to our care and also their loved ones. Kokemuller, Neil (2016) article states “ stereotyping can cause people in a workplace to treat individuals or groups a certain way based on preconceived notions about that person or group. Promoting a non-discriminatory workplace with openness and acceptance of individual differences helps in preventing common negative effects (Kokemuller, 2016).

This approach focuses on the dynamics of human behavior which is often the most difficult to understand (Northouse, 2016 p. 296). Outcomes would not only improve awareness with diversity factors, including ethnicity, race, culture, religion, gender, and age. But also can contribute to the propensity of stereotyping within the organization by improving job satisfaction, which results in fewer turnovers, better quality patient care (Kokemuller, 2016). Subsequently, leading by example and demonstrate respect to the employees; Have an open door policy. Be confident, calm, and reassuring because once they cannot be themselves at work, they will not engage fully as part of the team or in assigned work since low morals can indirectly affect workers and the
