Todd Packer is the first thing that comes to my mind when thinking about this. Todd Packer first shows up in season two, episode two, and right from the second he walks in, he is already cracking insensitive jokes. He doesn’t care about other people’s feelings, and says whatever he wants. There isn’t any repercussion for him either, so it appears that what he said was alright. Another example of this is how Dwight treats women, he treats them just like they were any other animal and only there for breeding. He is so closed minded that he can’t even see what is wrong with his mindset or how it might affect other people. In season three, episode fifteen, during a wedding, Dwight says “why are all of these people here? There are too many people on this Earth. We need a new plague.” Clearly this crosses the line of things to say and Dwight shows no remorse for saying this. To add to it, he says it during a wedding which just goes to show his insensitivity about what other people care or think. Lastly and most obvious, is Michael Scott. Michael says right to Toby “if I had a gun with two bullets and I was in a room with Hitler, Bin Laden, and Toby, I would shoot Toby twice.” This is clearly inappropriate and over the line, yet he says this right to Toby’s face. He clearly doesn’t understand emotion well and can’t imagine what other people are thinking or
