Presently, The Body Shop, Innisfree and L’Occitane are currently the global natural cosmetic brand in Indonesia that can be found easily inside the Mall. While local cosmetics brands are currently leaded by Mustika Ratu and Martha Tilaar (Department of Commerce United States of America, 2016). As the popularity of natural cosmetics growing, local natural cosmetic brands also keep emerging i.e. The Bath Box, Gizi Indonesia, Skin Dewi, Klen and Kind, Utama Spice Bali, Sensatia, Organic Supply, Pavettia, ROI Surya Prima Farma etc. Therefore, with the fierce competition among the natural skincare produce in Indonesia, it is not a matter to gain profit by selling products, but by selling the brand identity.

However, the interaction that Shoppa Soap has with their Customer is unique. They often interact with their customer and advise them the most suitable skin remedies. Most of the customers also feel satisfied about the result that they got. Shoppa soap tend to shares the good feedbacks through their Instagram. This motivates them to spread the great impact of the natural product nationally in the future.

The product that Shoppa Soap offer are eco-friendly (Pagi Pagi NET, 2016). For example, Shoppa Soap laundry detergent are made from Coconut Oil and Sodium Hydroxide. It can be used for clothes and also to water plants. She mentioned that the way to use her natural laundry detergent is the same with the chemical one.
