ULTA Beauty record has recorded satisfactory sales in each financial year with its overall sales increasing by 22% in the recent past. The company has over 460 brands with over 20000 products. It offers both high-end and drugstore products (Tribune, 2015). Key among the services it offers include; haircuts, hair coloring, facial and skin therapy as well as manicures. These services are provided by trained professionals making it a popular store to many people in the cosmetic industry. In the quest to sustain its impressive performance in the increasingly competitive cosmetic industry, ULTA Beauty has initiated a free customer loyalty program called Ultimate Rewards where customers can redeem points in their membership cards.
