Definition of marketing- it is the action of business in which the influencing voluntary exchange by one business party to another party as a customer and they have a process for creating, communicating to promote the product by advertisement like social, television, radio etc.

Product- A product is seen as an item which satisfies the consumer demands. It is a tangible good or an intangible service. Tangible products are those that have an independent physical existence.
Price- It is the money pay by the customer for buying any product for fulfil their wants and needs. When setting a price, the marketer must beware of the customer perceived value for the product.

This is mainly achieved through carrying out a thorough research aimed at identifying trends and preferences of among certain homogenous groups of customers. To Wal-Mart, market segmentation is applied to determine where to open a retail outlet and the kind of items to stock in the store. Wal-Mart uses two main types of market segmentation. The first type is geographical, which is ranked as one of the oldest method of segmentation. Geographical segmentation involves grouping customers based on their physical location. For example, Wal-Mart does not stock snow shovels in its cities like San Diego because there is hardly snowfall in that side of the country (Capon, Noel, & James, 2011). The second type of segmentation is based on the age of customers in a certain region. They got lots of complaints regarding their customer service. To handle the objections of clients Walmart staff need to talk obligingly with their clients. By doing this their client administration standard will likewise increment.

Good customer service increase the standard of customer service. Walmart staff need to help clients when they get in a bad position. Staff ought to ask the client independent from anyone else on the off chance that they have any troubles.
