In the blink of an eye, everything can change. So forgive often and love with all your heart. You may never know when you may not have that chance again. I remember when I was 8 years old I took my brother downstairs to watch television with me. I specifically remember him acting differently and not normal. Something did not feel right so I called my parents. My parents came downstairs and took his temperature, he had a fever. My parents decided to take him to the hospital. The doctor decided to test my brother and discovered that he had cancer. My baby brother was diagnosed with Leukemia. This little boy, who we thought would live a long healthy life, ended up being diagnosed with some form of cancer. My dad quit his job to be with his son at the hospital every day. My mother stayed home and took care of us. I remember going to the hospital and seeing my brother lying there in the hospital bed helpless. A couple of months later he died. My brother was born the day after 9/11. He died on April 28,2005. …show more content…
When my family and I first came to the United States we landed in New York. After we landed in New York, we took another flight to Georgia. New York city is the city that never sleeps. I choose New York because I want to see all the landmarks that are located here. I want to go see The Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, and Madison Square Garden, Financially this trip is not going to cost much since the location is in The United Sates. I want my family to enjoy this trip and make memories that will last a lifetime. I want them to take pictures and record videos of the trip while we are there, Visiting New York has always been a dream of mine ever since I came to America. On my last day on this earth, I want to go to Mombasa, Kenya with my family. Once I reached my destination, I hope to peacefully die in my
