Developing the human resources policies and procedures is very tricky, because properly developed policies and procedures protects an organization from any legal proceedings by employees which reduces corporate liability. My initial task involves upgrading the current human resource policies and procedures so that they are in line with overall organizational strategy. In this regards, important outcomes of my work are described as under:
