I do not have preconceived ideas that hinder me from trying anything to recruit, therefore I can use creativity and innovation to reach areas that may not have been explored previously. I am a risk taker and recognize early when something works and when I need to revise a plan. I approach recruiting as it being my business. Having a strong operations background I make every effort to eliminate waste. I am proactive and I anticipate outcomes in order to eliminate unnecessary surprises. I actively listen to others needs and look for solutions. I am 100% accountable and I never give excuses.
