As I step into the Ambassador role, I will bring my team-leader mentality and strong work ethic acquired from three years of experience as the captain of both the girls Varsity Boardercross (snowboarding) team and the girls Varsity Lacrosse team. My hard working nature helped me receive my Varsity letters for Boardercross and Lacrosse as a high school freshman, quickly accelerating to leadership positions as a sophomore. I believe my most powerful leadership attribute shines through situational leadership within a group or team. The ability to quickly assess a situation and then lead one’s peers accordingly is not an easily taught skill. (Insert?
