1. What background information should a recruiter have before beginning to recruit job seekers?
As a job seeker in today’s competitive market, you should have a few things before heading out in search of a new recruiting job. Following these three tips can help you in getting your new job.
1- Business cards – It is important to have business cards available to pass out anytime. Have them on you at all times. You never know when an opportunity will present itself. If you are not presently employed as a recruiter, having a card simply with your contact information is just as effective.
2- Professional resume – Having a professional resume reflecting your recruiting experience, skills, and education is important. Make sure it is up-to-date and shows your most recent and valuable recruiting skills. Having an updated resume ready to go at all times is important.

Explain the differences between the cognitive, behavioural, and environmental approaches to strategic employee development.
Cognitive approach: In some situations persons needs to think critically. He or she has to use new ideas and thoughts to make the think successful. For example in article, book review, essay a person need to think critically.
Behavioural approach: Some changes occur in the behaviour. When a person monitor the whole team, doing a role play etc. can change one’s behaviour. Because of this a person become more skillful in his work.
Environment approach: When an environment change the person’s attitude, skills, and values everything change. For example when a person change his job and start working at other place then he has to follow that company rules.
7. Describe how you would conduct a typical performance evaluation interview.
