As a Director, I find it extremely important to hold everyone accountable for delivering services in compliance with policy and procedures. As the Chair of Selma Unviersity from 2007 to 2011, I managed a broad range of staff, faculty , and students policies in constantly changing environment. I was fully accountable to the Dean of Academics and the President of the Universiry. Likewise, I was committed to providing outstanding services to students, faculty, and staff including maintenance crew.
To accomplish this task, I partnered with key members of the each Department to build a support and promote a positive recruiting process. Concurrently, I organized several interview groups and led development hiring and interview model. For example,

    Not only did I connect to this quote because the Jets are my favorite NFL team but also due to the relevance of young recruiting especially in the football industry. The younger and younger that colligate football programs are recruiting athletes the more unknowledgeable about the choice they’re making the athlete is.
