The Academic Advisor for the Physician Assistant Program is Dr. France. I know Dr. France because he interviewed me for the Physician Assistant Program. The courses I initially mapped out to take were the required science courses, Spanish 2, and Endocrinology. I wanted to take Endocrinology because it seemed like a very interesting medical elective. Dr. France recommended that I take the online course Sports in America as my elective because it will count as a Liberal Arts course. He thought I should wait until junior year to take Endocrinology because it is a very difficult course. He also said I needed to take Faith, Religion, and Society because that is a Liberal Arts requirement. I learned that it is very important to take the Liberal

The medical assistant could try to distract the child with conversation to allow the mother to get the forms filled out. That may not work because the child is clearly acting out and destroying things so the assistant could be in danger if she got too close. Or maybe there is a room that the mother or child could go into so the mother could have a few minutes of distraction free time to get the paperwork filled out. The best option I came up with is for the medical assistant to take the family into a private room and help the mother fill out the paperwork. The mother could have ahold of her child while the assistant asks the questions and writes the answers.…

The Johnson/Treadwell model represented, present, on the job training for non-physician personnel to assist physicians in practice.…
