If you really think about not every abortion works and you end up having the child any ways. The children end up having to live with the fact that the mother did not want them and tried to get rid of them. These kids can’t believe that their parents didn’t want them. Also the fact is that if they happened to be having twins and one survives and the other one dies that child has to think about how their mother killed their little brother. When these children find out that their mother didn’t want them it effects the home life greatly. When the baby is born after the abortion doesn’t work the baby could have a ton of medical issues. They may try to run away of even commit suicide. After all of this it is a known fact that most women get into illegal drugs after their abortion looking for an emotional escape. After everything these women have gone through they resort to drugs. After everything they have been through they are very susceptible to getting breast cancer. The risk of them getting breast cancer increases forty nine percent. After they have their first abortion they usually have a hard time getting pregnant for the second

Federal Government Should Outlaw Late-Term Abortion In 2013, reporter Sarah Terzo from Live Action News in Virginia indicated that late-term abortion clinic shoots babies through the heart with poison in order to kill them. This example is a good reason to why the federal government should be outlawing late-term abortion. No matter what situation the mother and fetus are in, every fetus should have the right to live a meaningful life. However, the federal government should outlaw abortion after the first trimester because many of the practices are inhumane, all fetuses should have the right to live, and the ways abortion can cause risks for the women. In terms of life and death, the government has no say. Abortion is already a taxing ordeal on the mother and her family, and forcing them to choose the baby over the mother isn’t fair. A fetus isn’t sentient while it’s in the womb, and claiming otherwise shows a lack of understanding of how life works. Because of these reasons, the choice of a late term abortion is a decision that should be made by the mother, and her alone.…

In today’s society, a rising debatable topic within America is that of the legalism of late-term abortion. Even though deciding to abort a fetus is seen to be the right of the mother under the Roe V. Wade case, choosing to end the life of a fetus when it is viable is murder. The unique genetic code that is given to a fetus is proof that life also begins at conception. The legalization of late-term abortion should be abolished in all fifty states due to evidence that show that it is legally and ethically wrong and also that abortion does not have to be an option. Fetal viability is determined when a fetus is able to live outside the womb.…

About 51% of pregnancies in the USA are unplanned, 21% of these result in an abortion. Abortion is the ending of a pregnancy by removing an embryo or fetus before it can survive outside the uterus. Abortion gives people the right to choose whether or not if they are prepared to have a child. Women deserve the rights to choose what to do with their body and what's inside of it. It is clear that the elimination of legal abortions will result in back alley abortions as well as put many more children into the foster care and adoption system.…

“When a man steals to satisfy hunger, we can safely assume that there is something wrong in society so when a woman destroys the life of her unborn child, it is evidence that either by education or circumstances she has been greatly wronged.” Said by Mattie Brinkerhoff. Abortion is increasing tremendously. There are 40-50 million abortions that occur per year, that means there are 125,000 unborn babies that die every day. In fact, Frank Pavone states that “If we took a moment of silence for each person lost to abortion we would be silent for over 100 years.”…

In 1973, the U.S. Supreme Court had decided to legalize abortions; since then, there have been more than 58 million abortions performed in the United States. According to Snyder in his article, “every single day, more than 3,000 American babies are killed by abortion.” Why is it that the 9/11 tragedy, which killed almost 3000 people, is still a huge issue up until today, but when it comes to the issue of abortion, almost everyone is taking it for granted? People might think that the unborn babies feel no pain, but believe it or not, surgeon Robert P. N. Shearin claims that they can experience pain as early as 8 weeks old! The issue of abortion has always been one of the most controversial political issues in the United States.…

Women’s health can be affected if she is not able to have one, the fetus can’t feel pain, and overall it should be the woman’s choice. To begin with, fetuses aren’t able to feel pain during the time abortions are performed. Pain doesn’t occur for fetuses until the 29th or 30th week of being in the mother’s womb. Abortions occurring that far into the pregnancy are rare and sometimes illegal (“Should Abortion Be Legal?”). Dr. Anne Davis, an OB-GYN and abortion provider, says, “... Neurons that carry pain signals aren’t developed until the third trimester of pregnancy.”…

Soon after or even many years later, they may also develop Post Abortion Syndrome (PAS) (Wilke). Some of the symptoms of PAS are regret, guilt, shame, remorse, anger, nightmares, and flashbacks.…

Abortion should be a part of a country’s contraception policy. People should plan their families and society must allow women to end unwanted pregnancies in order to deal with failures of birth control, cases of rape and cases of incest. Abortion should be legalized but discouraged. Legal, because it is a choice; discouraged because there are other more effective ways to prevent pregnancy than abortion. Abortion is all about allowing a woman to make her own decisions, in relation to her age, financial stability, relationship stability, and mental and physical capabilities.…
