Personality traits play an important part of organizational behavior and it is important to understand how to use those traits to your advantage. Project 2 uses a series of assessments to help identify different personality traits. It also uses the assessments to show how those traits are used when working with others and within an organization. Additionally, the project takes a deeper look at how understanding these assessments can turn an individual into a more productive employee. Finally, the project discussed how the Holy Spirit plays a part in the overall individual.

Co-worker, and/or manager? These tests have shown me that there are many facets of an individual that goes into their personality. My communication and listening skills were two areas that must be improved after reviewing the tests. The tests suggest I am too argumentative and I have definitely noticed that at work with my co-workers. Understanding why will now help me become a better listener and stop arguing as much. 375). Everyone has their own personal strengths and weaknesses and that is what makes us all special. Fischer (2006) explains “people made in the image of God and therefore equipped with certain gifts and personality traits that make their contributions to the organization uniquely their own” (para. 1). So how has the Holy Spirit worked in my life to help make my weaknesses strengths? First, the Jungian Personality Test describes me as an ENTJ and ENTJ’s are often described as “outgoing, natural leaders.” However, I would argue that I am not a natural leader but developed my personality to meet my career as a Naval Officer. I was once a timid individual not really sure how to lead and then a passage hit me, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you” (Deuteronomy 31:6 New International Version). This showed me to not be afraid, but to speak up with confidence. Be strong and know that the Lord is behind me.
Conclusion
This project forced me to do an assessment on many areas of my life from my own personality traits to how I interact within a group and the whole organization. Furthermore, I had to analyze how these revelations could make me a better employee and co-worker. Finally, this project helped show how the Holy Spirit has helped guide me

As you might imagine some first speeches are not very good but if the evaluation is too harsh do you think the speaker would come back to the club? Probably not, however we also have the responsibility to our members to provide the feedback that will make them better speakers. With these ideas in mind we focus on providing both constructive feedback, possibly limiting it to just a couple key points, and finding something they did well without embellishing.
