When I completed the personality test I tried to answer the questions best to my knowledge’s to get the most accurate results. The Personality test that was completed to find what type of personality was the 16 Personalities Test. The results determined I was a “Defender ISFJ”. As I began to research the meaning of a defender I found a quote that was associated with the personality which was “Love only grows by sharing. You can only have more for yourself by giving it away to others by Brian Tracy. I agree that love is very important in my life and by sharing the love can only make it increase. I kindness element does play a huge part in my life. I’m a strong believer that we should have happiness and kindness in our daily lives. If we have kindness we tend to have more people around to develop more friendships. As I was doing my research I found out that this type of personality isn’t very common in most people. Only about 13 % of the people in the world have this particular trait in their personalities. Others the results were right on target and the test described me very accurately. As I mentioned I am a reserved person that I select when I will allow myself to be the center of attention and be part of the spotlight. As a result, I have concluded that I am a very passive person where I tend to stay on the sidelines and observe what might be going on. I was shocked the type of profession would best suit me. All though I have chosen a very different profession. I just have grown to love what I do on a daily basis and wouldn’t want to change it for the world. I love having the ability to help a student achieve their goals and objectives. Every year when I get to see my students graduate and see the smiles on their faces is a sense of gratification.
In the short term goals I would like to work on myself so I would be able to become a leader and hold a managerial position. I am a people’s person and have been able to work well with my coworkers. I believe that I would be able to incorporate what I have learned to be able to incorporate the skills that I have developed in the workplace. I value that I have learned what is necessary to be able to achieve those goals in long term goals. I just have to work in letting my voice be heard and have the confidence that I would be able to do it and be effective to my fellow
