Personal Leadership Philosophy Statement

This Personal Leadership Philosophy statement will guide me through my personal life and professional career. I believe passion is my ultimate guidance in my professional career because it motivates me to do my best in helping my patients. For instance, it is my goal to reduce any potential harm to my patients and motivate others around me to give their best performance. Also, I need communicate with other pharmacists as well as other healthcare providers about health issues. This can help me build a relationship with them and stay updated with recent healthcare issues and new drug discovery. Furthermore, it is important to me that I listen and be patience to people around me and my patients because I want everyone to feel comfortable and approachable.
