Personal Statement: Meet The Ethical Challenges Of Leadership

I have worked in banking for over five years under three different branch managers. Although each manager demonstrated ethical leadership behaviors, only one showed aesthetic (beautiful) leadership. Working under Will leadership for two years allowed me to witness a leader who put up a good performance day after day. As discussed in the book (Meet the Ethical Challenges of Leadership) Will demonstrated daily the three components that contribute to a beautiful leadership performance For example, on several occasion our branch was shorthanded on tellers. Will our branch manager would lock his office, set his stuff in a window, and log in as a teller.
