Philosophy of Leadership Development I have seen different types of leadership development, but in my opinion, leadership that incorporates discipleship is the best way to develop leaders. The Bible demonstrates this kind of leadership. Moses, Nathan, and Jesus use this kind of leadership philosophy. These men took time to allow God to pour into their personal lives and then allowed God to use them to pour into the lives of those He had placed in their lives. In the life of Moses, he was special from birth , but he went through years of what seems to be spiritual drought then God literally spoke into the life of Moses and told him that he would be the tool that God used to rescue the people of Israel from the hands of the Egyptians.
