This goal will make me be trusted by my coworkers and families in one year by showing them I will keep things confidential and always friendly. The last goal that is very important to me is to become advocator for high quality care in Florida. In Florida, childcare center, they don’t have to follow high quality standards. I want to push for a change of policy that will make every childcare have to follow these standards of quality. This goal will be met when rules are put in place and quality of childcare centers approve. I know this can be done because other states have passed laws and childcare centers have to follow to have high quality care. In short term is getting a people to understand the needs of high quality and long term Florida will have better educated teachers and students. I can she her becoming a leader with a lot of respect. She doesn’t show emotion when a problem comes along. She doesn’t judge and gives a lot of advice. I can see her going far. One advice I would give to her is to farther her education in the field to gain more information about early childhood education. So, she could give more advice to those around her. I choose that advice because since I have gone back to school to get a better understanding my knowledge has grown and I believe she could too. She knows a lot already but education field is always changing and I believe we have to know as much as we can in the early childhood education field. My advice doesn’t meet my own goal because each person is different on their goals and development just like children in their own development. I would offer the advice by being a role model and showing her things I have learned and how it has changed my outlook in early childhood education
