Yum Brands Incorporation has the highest market share and the Wendy’s International Incorporation has the lowest market share which is 6.31% and 0.9%. Darden Restaurant Incorporation is in the middle of Yum Brand Incorporation and Wendy’s International Incorporation, Darden Restaurant’s market share is 3.47%.

The Nyonya Leaf Café can segment the customer based on their age such as young age group which is between 15 to 30 years old, middle age group which is form 31 to 45 years old and elder age group which is between 46 to 64 years old. Nyonya Leaf Café is targeting on the young and middle age group, because this two stage of people are more willing to visit café. For example, some of the student will gathering in the café after school or at the weekend and some of the office worker will having their lunch or dinner at the café. Next, they can segment the market based on the income of the customers. Based on the chart(figure 3.1)they are mostly targeting three group of customers which are the income of the group is between RM3,001 to RM5,000, RM5,000 to RM7,000 and RM7,001 to RM 10,000, because these three group of people are more affordable for the price of the products. Besides that, they are hold 58% in total in these monthly household income
