No one ever said that working and going to school time full time would be easy, but it’s all about hard work, dedication and time management. When I graduated high school I knew that my parents wouldn’t be able to afford sending me to college. Coming from a big family with 6 siblings getting a degree would be challenging. One way or another I wasn’t giving up going to college, so I decided to work and go school at the same time.

My educational aspiration consists of obtaining my bachelor’s degree in nursing then continuing my studies on becoming a nurse practitioner. I’ve decided that I would want to specialize in pediatrics as Nurse Practitioner. I have always been good with children and even took part time jobs babysitting our neighbors’ children when I was in high school. I think taking care of people/kids is in my nature and that’s one of the reasons why I wanted to pursue my dreams of being a nurse practitioner specializing in pediatrics. …show more content…
This organization is currently part of Red Cross and Neighbor to Neighbors that does all kinds of volunteer works. In 2012, I was part of the volunteers who helped cleaned up Staten Island NY after the Hurricane Sandy and this organization made it possible for me to do it. Furthermore, this organization also does charity works in
