Mrs. Nalley is a 82 year old female who presented to the ED via LEO under IVC for alleged homicidal ideation with several plans to cut her granddaughter's throat and shoot her other granddaughter. Before the assessment the petitioner, Her son James, of the IVC was contacted. He reports relational conflict with his mother and the family has been going on for a while. James reports his mother believes people are stealing her things.He states, "She things somebody done stole her gun." He reports his daughter who stays at the home with his mother told him she threaten to shoot her. James reports an altercation happened today where his mother threaten to harm his daughter if she didn't get out the home. He reports having Power of Attorney, however …show more content…
Nalley arms, which looked like they were recently made. She also complained about shoulder pain due to being pushed down. Mrs. Nalley was confronted about both alleged threatens towards her grand-daughters. She denies knowings anything about the statement referring to shooting her grand-daughter. She states, "I don't even have a gun in my home, my son stole it when I was in treatment for my stroke." She reports the only things she could remember pertaining to the alleged statement of cutting throat was when relations conflict occurred between Heather and she over driving her car. She reports both grand-daughters were present at the time and she told heather she could not drive her car. She reports the other grand-daughter tried to take her sister side and Mrs. Nalley said, "You have just cut your own throat", referring to losing the opportunity to obtain the car Mrs. Nalley promised her after she died. Mrs. Nalley states,"I didn't mean it like that, the way they trying to put it." Mrs. Nalley reports Friday she will be leaving the area and going to stay with her niece and selling her property.
