On Saturday 11/12/2016 at approximately 2125 hours, I, Security Supervisor Steven Evans was notified by Officer Ariel Weiland of a patient family’s member being disruptive at the E.D. lobby area. Upon arrival, I made contact with Officer Weiland, who informed me that the patient, Alexia Sanchez (DOB: 08/25/97 ; Fin# 86444404) entered the E.D. lobby seeking medical help and stated that she was involved in a domestic violence with her ex-boyfriend but declined to call the Police neither to file an incident report. She was transferred to the Super-track unit room #7. The patient’s mother, who was later identified as Kelly Sanchez had been angry at Officer Weiland because, she had requested that PD to be called but her daughter decisively declined.
