Based on the research we did, Mr. Mega Bean Marketing is advised to improve their product marketing since the major weakness of the company is promotion. They should utilize the promotional strategies in order to improve the company’s brand popularity and sales performance. They should carry out promotional activities through advertising in particular media such as newspapers, magazines, radio, television and social media. Besides that, company also have to appoint promoters to promote their product in order for the customer to have a try on the product. At first Mr. Mega Bean should set advertising object which is focus on positioning and proposition of products. Slight increment in prices does not affect the company’s ability to compete with other similar F&B companies as typical consumer will always opt for products with compatible quality and price. Besides, Mr. Mega Bean Marketing can take initiative to retain its customer relationships. For example, offering price promotions, free samples and organizing contests. Mr. Mega Bean can involve in more public campaigns or activities to build the company’s reputation. This can create a relationship between consumers and the company indirectly to prevent users from switching to a competitor's product. Company may adjust the advertising period base on sales performance. Once the products have been widely introduced to the market, the market share will increase and Mr. Mega Bean is able to compete with other branded companies such as Yeo’s and …show more content…
Mega Bean Marketing has been improved, the company may consider to place emphasize on its distribution channels. Installation of vending machines may help to ease the work of Mr. Mega Bean company. Furthermore the products are much more approachable to customers if the vending machines are placed in public places. More and more people are aware of this distribution channel and slowly get interested to know more about the beverages. In the distributions of products, we suggest Mr. Mega Bean to distribute their products by designing new vending machines. Vending machines can be located in crowded location such as hospital, universities and so on to increase the sales of company. Mr. Mega Bean can enlarge their market of distributing their products of beverages. We recommend Mr. Mega Bean to promote their products to Sabah and Sarawak because there have a high potential to distribute the products of their company.
