Introduction
A healthy Work Environment is one that is safe, empower, and rewarding. Different businesses nowadays are suffering from different internal problems in term of conflict management and negativity due to different reasons as motivation, job satisfaction, and teamwork. Improving the work environment is always a participatory role for management and staff, who are responsible to achieve the overall goals of business.
Absolutely aligning the objectives of employees and business can assist in resolving all relevant issues to work environment and enhance morale, productivity, and quality.

There are different causes comprising of low salaries, poor job conditions, exceeding the working hours with no overtime, not adequate or an unenthusiastic atmosphere, and other reasons. In Maggie case, the high turnover is will financially costly to the company because it requires expending time and resources to fill the position and training the new personnel. Into the bargain, high turnover can lessen employee morale and cause an overflow of employees leaving because they are acting as their peers at work. The current situation with Maggie can also make the left over personnel more worried out because they have to plug in the gaps until a new staff is recruited and well-trained.
Morale is low, Low morale in the job environment is an emotional concern for human resources. It has many reasons and must be dealt with instantly. Habitually weak leadership or bad quality management is the problem. Maggie should take different steps to unswervingly bond with her employees. She has to help her staff knowing who they are, the job that they are performing and she is always there to assist

She has to use progressive discipline and follow-up repeatedly to examine the progress. In addition to examining the entire system, procedures and job environment in order to create and maintain a high moral at work.
Productivity is substandard Lower staff morale leads to lesser productivity, poor quality work, and high turnover, all of which have a say to sales losses.
Maggie needs to precede ongoing management interference to build a continuing positive attitude among personnel. Morale creation demands daily interactions, which unite together both the well being of the business and of its human resources. Maggie also needs to maintain this morale process creation over the long term, and needs to commune with staff to enhance the surrounding environment.
Maggie should also consider the non-financial incentives, as most employees are more concerned in profession development, achievement, knowledge, appreciation, and praise. Creating an environment of fear may even send place of work morale into a steeper decline. No staff wants to perform for a business that wields pressure over the future of
