GSU Offer

The main reason behind accepting the GSU Offer was to change the unit around. She knew that it was not going to be an easy task by any means but she started off well as she managed to show her staff that she was genuinely concerned about GSU staff's problems and issues.
When she joined GSU, she noticed the lack of communication, team work and moral among the unit's staff. She came across conflicting thoughts and criticizing nature of her employees. She could clearly see the animosity between the senior and junior staff with seniors complaining about the junior staff's lack of skills and juniors accusing seniors of not helping them enough.
In addition to this, one of the major problem Barbara came across was managing her employees. Just before
