Prior to the start of the team dynamics class, leadership, to me, was just a way for leaders to inspire people to follow them and motivate them to achieve a certain goal. As the class went on, I realized how important leadership is and how it is critical for people to succeed and get to higher positions in the business world. In addition, I learned that the actions of the leaders can influence a person significantly, whether it is in positive or negative ways.

The reason why I want to work on these two parts is that they are both critical to how to form both an effective and a successful leadership.
The first step that I will take to improve on being a role model is to do research about what a role model really is and what actions need to made in order to become a role model that people would want to emulate on. I think that it is important to understand what a role model is before I can become a role model to others because I want people to be able to learn something valuable from me, rather than something that is useless.
The first step that I will take in order to make improvements on being passionate about what I want do is that I will need to find out what is the reason that makes myself passionate about either working in the accounting or finance field in the future. If I am able to find out why I am passionate about doing either of the jobs, then it is more likely for me to influence and motivate others to do the same thing that I am passionate about. I believe that these will assist me significantly and guide myself onto the right path of becoming a level 3 leader, if I can make improvements on how

According to, Introduction to Leadership; concepts and practice, by Peter Northouse (2015), leadership can be composed of many variables such as relationship, trait, ability, skill, behavior, and influence process. He also elaborates on how the “leadership of an individual can be used to influence a group to accomplish a common goal”. In addition, he discusses how leadership is not the same as management (Northouse, 2015, pp. 3-7).…
