Iowa Falls Riverbend Middle School is having renovations with the 6th graders moving in the next year. One of the renovations is of the science rooms during the summer. It all started when Karen Koenig, the 7th grade science teacher at Riverbend Middle school wrote a letter to the school board, noting the idea of renovating the science rooms before the 6th graders become a part of the middle school. At first they said they would think about it and then asked Mrs. Koenig about getting some ideas about what the room would look like. She has planned to take all the cupboards out and get rid of about everything in the room. Mrs. Koenig wants to put in countertop and lab tables surrounding the room,(Figure 1) but still having tables like there
