While interviewing her, I learned even more about the teaching profession; for instance, the amount of work that the school board and state expects from teachers is overwhelming and near impossible to complete in a half day of kindergarten. I would like to know how to find out what tests you have to take in each state in order to teach in that state. I know that each state is different, but some states are interchangeable so I would like to know which states are like that and which I would have to take another test for. It becomes confusing when I am getting my teaching degree in a different state than I will be living. It would be beneficial to learn about these different states or even the different test we have to take as teachers. Another question I have is: what are schools in need of now? Do they need English language teachers, math teachers, english teachers? It would be helpful to know what types of teachers are needed and where they are needed. This would greatly improve the search for a job and the endorsements that I should take on. Many schools are looking for teachers to specifically teach english to english language learners. I am minoring in Teaching English as a Second Language already, which will be helpful when I am applying at
