I am a young perspective person, who is always ready to develop, perfect myself and study something new.
I am a wide profile customer support professional. Working in Customer Care Service, I’m used to being a communicator and a representative between a customer and a company, so everyday consists of reaching certain aims, such as customer’s satisfaction and building a strong partnership. My main tasks are providing informational and technical support, analyzing the consumer’s market, handling problems and reclamations, gathering the needed information for improving company’s products, while working in team and individually.
Sales in Service is a considerable component of good service, and that’s why I participated in many projects and trainings
