I-Pad’s VS. Textbooks/ Online Research Nothing but blank spaces all over me. This cold, hard feeling washed on my back out of nowhere. My legs lifted up and it felt as if I was lying vertical. I couldn’t move, I didn’t know what to do. Eventually this very sharp painful poke went all over my body like I had goosebumps, but not the good one’s either. The excruciating pain finally stopped after it felt like a lifetime. I eventually got away, away from this horrendous dream.
Schools are replacing textbooks with I-Pad. Tablets contain many technological features that cannot be found in print handbooks. “Tablets give users the ability to highlight and edit text and write notes without ruining a textbook for the next user”. Textbooks are heavy if you are carrying about 3 at once. When you have an IPad, it’s easier to carry because of the weight of the electronic. I-Pad’s are easier to use because when you have a textbook you have to use a lot of paper to print for a worksheet.
Another good reason for the IPad's use is that tablets can hold hundreds and hundreds of textbooks, including homework, quizzes, etc in just one device. Everything you use to

Textbooks have been with us for generations and generations. When us students that is in elementary, middle, high school, etc have a textbook in our hands; it feels like we are learning something. Actually in all reality we are learning with the textbooks in our hands and our faces buried in them. Unfortunately it has come to the looks of it that the majority of the human race has gotten lazy to actually pick up a textbook, flip through the pages to read and to learn. “Using tablets is more expensive than using print textbooks”, says this website that I had came across.
