Human Resource Management is the meaning of an organization that focuses on enrollment of management, providing direction for the people who work in the organization of the health industry. I interviewed Christina Ortega who works at a local hospital here in California. The reason I choose this person is because she is very successful at her job. When she was younger, she used to work in a medical office as a Medical Office Administration, she than transitioned to becoming a register nurse and she mentioned how much they helped her to become who she is now. That is the reason I decided to interview Ms. Ortega. She has been working in the Human Resource Department for the past 5 years. Ms. Ortega mentioned that things have change since when she used to work to now where certain years it comes best for the hospital as to their employees. I asked her a few questions that would help me understand more as to why the Human Resource Department is so important for the healthcare field and how it works. In the following paragraph I am going to discuss the answers she nicely responded to me. One question I asked her is how she, as a member of Human Resource treats her employees to have a successful clinic. Ortega has when hiring someone with a disability can come hard. There are laws that should be careful to follow in order not to do anything that can cause a lawsuit. They have to be familiar with the law and there is a list to know how they should hire the person depending on what the job is. Legal interview that also enables you to select the best candidate for your open positions is important. Firing is one message that can either go too positive or too negative. She explains that you need to communicate effectively with the employee, keeping in mind that goals are feedback to help them succeed and improve and the content should always be documented with the date and
