1. If conflict happens, conflict will be solve inmediately and will not be ignore it.
2. The team will maintain daily communication to ensure team members are making progress on the project.
3. The team's member will be asigned a position, tasks and deadlines to complete them.
4. Each team member will respect other's ideas.

How would the team handle one or more team members who are not meeting team expectations?
1. The team member will be asked what is wrong, and if he or she needs help?
2. The team member will be help to find solutions and gets on track.
