Hi Ayman Case Study Hierarchy Culture

Decent Essays
Hi Ayman, this was my first post that I have read on hierarchy culture and I agree that where you have interned is this culture. Observing is definitely a skill that most workers must do at first in order to excel at what they want to do. It is all about starting from the bottom by getting help from your fellow employees and training then continuing on. I also feel all jobs also have a higher up but it is just different for each employer. You have shown that the upper person is the highest person and whom everyone looks up to for what to do rather then the other smaller up persons such as an assistant, etc.

While the strengths of both the personality and the chosen leadership style may be valid determinants of leadership success, they do not always correlate to long-term shaping of follower readiness. Specifically, in the case of situational leadership theory, the research of Vecchio, Bullis, and Brazil (2006) concluded that “it has yet to be demonstrated that leaders who attempt to emulate the prescriptions of the theory will have higher effectiveness” (p. 418). Their findings placed more value on the positive effects of leader-member…
