I have been paying attention to ideas, article that related to ethics and sustainability. This article reminds me of another aspect of ethics, like how people with autism should have the same opportunities. In this case Andy has been the only resource financially supporting his family since his mother suffers from Alzheimer's. People with autism need the support of bosses like Mike, just because they behave differently, as long as they have the skills, this should not be a reason to discriminate against
