Communication with physicians is key to making sure that patients receive quality care at Four Star Clinic. As the manager, I strive to actively listen to our physician to better understand how I can make improvements at Four Star Clinic. (Lewis, 2015). Dahl notes (2014) that active listening ensures that physicians and I make effective decisions for our clinic and patients. I also make sure to use terms and concepts that our physicians are familiar with to avoid confusion. Physicians may also refer back to our practice manual if they have any questions. (Dahl, 2014). Effective communication is vital in making sure the physicians at Four Star Clinic provide the best care
