The following resources were helpful in gaining experiences when working in pairs and groups: Cross-cultural competency, Relationship and Team Development, Strategic Planning, Vision and Goals, Values and Identity, and Strategic Communication.
What did you talk about and do with your partner and in your group?
All team members in our group are from different background and having different culture. Using engaging across differences resource, we talked about backgrounds, skill sets, and ideas, so that we can form a good bond with each other. We discussed, how we can be effective and complete any tasks given to our groups within timeframe. We need to be good at planning and communication among each other, and understand everyone’s responsibilities to finish a task. The resources helpful in achieving these goals were: cross-cultural competency, strategic communication, planning, relationship, and team development. All these resources will lead us to build a great team and its success.

When I go through the list of values given in ‘Values and Identity’ resource, I able to find a lot of values like risk-taking, compassion, confidence, performance, innovation and more, which will help in problem-solving and completion of task. I was not good at making plans to achieve a goal. I just move forward to achieve it, without building a proper path. Using vision and goals resource, I able to identify my visions, which leads me working toward my Smart goals. I started to look into my strengths and weakness, how I could use them in solving problems and completing
