Patient Advocate:

In my current occupation as a project manager for a countertop provider I am the liaison between the customer, shop, sales staff, and upper management. A major portion of my responsibilities is being the customer’s advocate. In a work environment with many different segments geared towards production, I am the sole connection the customer has to the various departments within the workplace. It is my responsibility to educate the customer of our industry and its terminology, products, and interpret and convey their needs to other departments in order to fulfill the customer’s requests.
