While police were on the scene, it was getting late. Lexie was in her bedroom laying with her windows down, curtains closed, and lights all off. Policemen were questioning random people that walk through this area. Crime scene tape was all around the bushes that Lexie had placed the body. Search dogs sniffing all around and Lexie felt as if the dogs were getting close to her because of her scent. She didn’t really think much of that fact that her scent was on the body when she killed and buried her. Her face starting to blush and sweat dripping out of her, she knew that she couldn’t keep this a secret any longer. About an hour passed, police questioning Lexie about what all happened after dinner and their sleepover, and what were they doing. Now, she knew that she couldn 't hide it anymore.
