1. How can organizations structure PD in a manner to satisfy professional development yet minimize the risk of employees leaving after training?
I am not sure the structure of the professional development (PD) program is relevant if you don’t address the reasons that your young professionals are looking elsewhere. They are leaving their companies for more money, more responsibility, and different experiences. Therefor any structure in a PD program should link directly to pay or responsibilities or experiences.
