They source talents to fill vacancies internally and externally. Internet recruiting is the method favoured by line managers as they can advertise jobs and reach more applicants at a low cost. Line Managers are required to recruit candidates who fit both the job and the GTS’ ethos.

Cultural diversity and inclusion are part of GTS’ strategy. They strongly believe that diversity and inclusion are good for people and business. To support GTS’ strategy, the HCA has designed policies and working practices that support an inclusive culture. Furthermore, all the employees are trained to understand and engage with this in the way they do their jobs and work with their colleagues.
9.3 Employee Development (3.1.3)
Employees are responsible for their own professional development. They have the duty to find relevant seminar, conference or course that can develop their skills. HCA encourages and supports employees in their learning endeavours by allowing time off or funding courses. Professional Development enables employees to perform their roles better and further the organisation’s objectives.
