I learned from a management course about corporate culture in four different levels of analysis; there are individual, group, organizational, and global. I see those levels in the real world of my workplace with different concepts. I am employed with Morrison Healthcare in INOVA Fairfax Hospital in Food Services. Morrison Healthcare is a subsidiary Compass Group North America, is a leader in food service management and support services for healthcare facilities. I have earned appreciation certificates and letters from different department directors, managers, supervisors, and patients. In addition, I received excellent recognition from Compass Group for my job performance for three consecutive years. Diversity provides different opportunities for the company because a diverse employee pool has different connections. By encouraging diversity our company can choose to hire from a bigger pool. The different types of employees could help our company succeed in new ways. We live in a global economy, meaning a homogeneous business life is not possible. Morrison Healthcare enables to manage diversity in individual, group, organization and as global. That is why everyone scores higher than the benchmark; this score goes to as a team. As a result Morrison Healthcare signed up another five- year agreement to INOVA Fairfax Hospital to provide an excellent food service management. Morrison organizational performance allows to work as global with Compass Group. According to Patrick Solonmaniy “Managing diversity entails enabling people to perform up to their maximum potential. It focuses on changing an organization's culture and infrastructure such that people provide the highest productivity possible” It is true, I observed in the real world in my workplace in Morrison
