A sales promotion technique we can use is a vacation giveaway. This could be a very beneficial campaign because our target market is families with children, and vacations are a top reason families fly places together. We could have people enter the giveaway when they purchase a certain plane for our specialized seats. Another technique we can use is a discount similar to the frequent flyer miles many people receive from other airlines. In this instance, people who purchase our special family seats can receive flyer miles to use for discounts in the future. In fact, in an effort to increases ticket sales of our seats, we can offer double the flyer miles when one purchases the family seats.
