In today’s professional atmosphere, establishments hire a culturally diverse workforce to have a reasonable advantage over other companies. This modification allows an establishment to concentrate on the steps of life while generating goods, which reaches cultures. In other words, these modifications agree to standards and ethical morals from numerous cultures. It is the responsibility of the executive in any business to introduce morale, beliefs, and their company vision to all of their employees. Coca-Cola has a “2020 Vision” plan which “creates a long-term destination for our business and provides us with a "Roadmap" for winning together with our bottling partners (CocaCola.com)”. The values of the organization include the establishment’s mission, which is “refresh the world, inspire moments of optimism and happiness, and create value and make a difference.”
Their values force the organization to look ahead to the future, and to work hard to make sure that needs are properly met. The company takes a leadership role in the global marketplace, focusing on the needs of the market and their customers. Furthermore, the company realizes that they have to be a good corporate citizen and be accountable for his or her actions (Coca-Cola)”.
The 2020 vision includes reducing the company’s carbon footprint by 15%, the establishment of water stewardship programs, creating sustainable packaging solutions, creating an organization that treasures diversity and helping consumers make well-informed beverage choices (Coke Corporate Responsibility).
