Case Study: Residential Care Position

I would like to place a patient with a professional referral who will be leaving a residential care facility being treated for alcohol addiction on December 29, 2015. I am the case manager for the consulting physician who is overseeing the patients care. The physician, Dr. Peter J. Lambrou, Center for Aviation Medicine, is treating the patient to regain his FAA Airman’s Certificate. In this regard there are requirements to be certain we are on track for make application for his FAA Medical certificate.
He has completed a 30 day inpatient program, then an 8 week residential program at Cornerstone in Tennessee. When he arrives in San Juan we would expect you would need to do an assessment, at the least we feel he would require IOP 3 times
