She said that his conditions has chanced three weeks ago, on 08/18/17 he had an accident. His new HCW did no know how to handle his medical conditions and he fell the bed and broke his legs and got unconscious. He was taken to the OHSU and now they are going to discharge him. But the problem Ryan is facing now is that all the skilled nursery facility that the OHSU case manager is looking for him, have denied him due to requiring too much care and they do not have the enough personal.
The OHSU case manager has suggested to bring him to her home, but the problem is that due to his new medical condition, he does not have enough HCW to bring him to home safely.

Kathy had asked Kristina if in the meantime she can hire a HCW and private pay for his care. Kristina had told her this will be a medicaid fraud. Kathy said that she had asked Kristina four times to make sure Kristina understands her request. So, Kathy does not understand why she cannot hire a private HCW to take care of her son while the assessment is completed.She said that she needs to have a clarity about it.
In conclusion, Kathy is asking this office to clarify with Kristina:
1) Can Kristina approve (or request to Salem) to get an exception and do the reassessment in the hospital?
2) Can she private pay 200 hours of HCW hours to add to the 198 hours paid by DHS?
3) Can the Ryan's father pay for the 200 hours? He is not part of the same household, he lives in another
